Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone whose desire it is to encourage, support and empathize with you?  Even though we know that Jesus is waiting for us to ask Him for just those things, sometimes  we long for the physical comfort and strength of a hug, a soft shoulder to cry on or a friendly smile to share a laugh. 

The theme for Women by Design is “Encouragement in Christ” and our hope is that in the small groups, events and fellowship of this ministry, you will find a kind and nurturing environment to find, grow, and share your faith.

“…be of the same mind…”  As followers of Jesus Christ, we have one purpose in worship, service and giving:  we desire to glorify God and share His Gospel of  life and peace.  We want to listen to you, teach you, learn from you and offer any guidance you may be seeking.

“…maintaining the same love…”  Christ showed His love for us in so many ways:  forgiveness, compassion, patience, and honesty.  Our desire is to follow His perfect example by offering a warm, caring, and supportive environment.

“…united in Spirit…”  As women, our lives so often revolve around others – our family and friends.  The small groups we join and the opportunities for fellowship and worship change as our lives change.  But we always remain as one for the purpose of exalting Christ’s Kingdom.
