Facility Security Deposit Fee (refundable) is due with application.

The Facility Security Deposit Fee will be refunded in full within (3) three weeks following the wedding, provided none of the church policies have been broken, No show fees accessed or outstanding charges to cover maintenance or repairs. Even though the florist, photographer and caterer are responsible for damages that may result from their actions
or services, ultimately damages are the responsibility of the couple.
There is also the Facility Use Fee (non-refundable) due two (2) months prior to wedding date.

The Facility Use Fee includes Pre-marital counseling, Wedding Advisor, Church Hostess
and Audio/custodial support. Facilities included are the sanctuary, fellowship hall, bride/groom dressing areas and use of candelabras. The Facility Use Fee does not include catering fees. Any additional fees will be discussed with you at your initial meeting with the Wedding Ministry Advisor.

These fees are separate and contracted with the individuals. These fees are paid to the individuals and are to be given to the Wedding Advisor at the final meeting prior to your wedding ceremony. The Wedding Advisor can make arrangements with the musicians
if needed.

Minister and Musician fees are due to Wedding Advisor at rehearsal.
Cancellation Fee —
An approved ceremony, cancelled less than 12 months, but more than 6 months prior to the wedding date will be charged 50% of the Facility Security Deposit. A ceremony cancelled less than 6 months prior to the wedding date will be charged 100% of the Facility Security Deposit and 50% of the Facility Use Fee paid.
No Show Fee
The Wedding Advisor and Church Hostess are available to ensure a smooth ceremony and reception. It is important that all appointments are kept. If appointments are missed a charge will be accessed.

There may be additional fees associated with additional use requests for ceremony and reception. These fees will be finalized with the FBCW Wedding Ministry Advisor at an initial meeting to go over the FBCW Wedding Policy Handbook.
